- A stated yearly revenue threshold is US $20,000,000.
- Hosted services require user terms, safeguards, reporting and enforcement mechanisms.
- The agreement does not grant a general MiniMax trademark license.
What v1 deliberately does not do
- No hosted H3 inference or user video generation.
- No redistribution or mirror hosting of model weights.
- No user accounts or remote workflow uploads.
- No implication that this independent site is MiniMax.
